RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. Return and exchange period
   14-day period: The buyer has the right to return or exchange an item within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without providing a reason, if the item is eligible for return.
2. Condition of returned items
   Original condition: Returned or exchanged items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
3. Non-returnable items
   Underwear and pajamas: For hygiene and health reasons, underwear, pajamas, and similar products cannot be returned or exchanged if they are of acceptable quality.
4. Return procedure
   Contact us: To return or exchange an item, contact us within 14 days of receiving it by phone or by submitting a request to info@silkrest.eu
   Shipping: Send the returned item via registered mail or parcel locker to the address provided by us.
5. Return shipping costs
   Exchanging quality items: If the buyer wishes to exchange a quality product for personal reasons (e.g., wrong color or size), the return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
6. Refunds
   Timeframe: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the bank account used for payment.
